Samsung Launches News App for Galaxy Devices

Samsung is launching a beta News app that replaces its Free app on Galaxy devices, offering morning and evening briefings, customizable feeds, and podcasts. The app will feature news from "trusted partners" such as Axios, Huffington Post, and Sports Illustrated. The change may create some inconvenience as users will have to go to separate apps to access Samsung TV Plus channels and casual gaming. However, the News app may be more useful for catching up on the day's events or listening to a recap during the commute home.
