Snowstorm wreaks havoc in Midwest, causing power outages and chaotic commutes

Heavy snowfall in the Milwaukee area on Halloween caused over 5,000 We Energies customers to be without power, while trick-or-treaters braved the snowy conditions to collect candy. The snowfall is expected to end by 10 pm, but the night will be cold with temperatures in the 20s and wind chills in the teens. Caution is advised on the roads due to possible re-freezing of wet pavement and sidewalks.

Freezing Halloween Forecast: Snow Flurries and Record Cold Temperatures Expected
