The Hammond Girls’ Basketball Team secured their second consecutive NYSPHSAA Girls’ Class D Basketball Championship with a 54-34 victory over Northville, led by Tournament MVP Landree Kenyon's 29 points and 20 rebounds. This marks the second time in school history that the team has achieved back-to-back state titles, previously accomplishing the feat in 2007 and 2008.
