Investigation finds no evidence of attack on German far-right leader Chrupalla
German prosecutors and police have stated that there is "no evidence" to support the claim that Alternative for Germany (AfD) co-leader Tino Chrupalla was attacked during a campaign event. Chrupalla was rushed to the hospital in Ingolstadt after experiencing pain in his upper arm and other health problems. Medical examinations have not revealed anything suspicious, and police did not find any evidence of an attack. Investigations are ongoing. The incident comes ahead of key state elections in Bavaria and Hesse, where the AfD is expected to make gains.
