NBC/Warner Bros TV's "Night Court" is expected to lead the way with a target return to production on November 15. Other series, such as "Grey's Anatomy," "FBI," and "Law & Order: SVU," are looking at late-November production starts, while shows like "The Cleaning Lady" and "All American" are aiming for early December.
