Former "Home Improvement" star Zachery Ty Bryan has been released from custody after a technical violation of his release agreement. He was arrested on two counts of 4th-degree felony assault, but it was clarified that the arrest was not over a new incident. Bryan's attorney explained that he failed to charge his ankle monitor by mistake. This is the third time Bryan has been in jail this year, all related to assault charges. He is looking forward to exonerating himself at trial.
