Blue Origin Set to Resume Space Launches with Tourist Flights
Blue Origin, the space company owned by Jeff Bezos, is set to resume flights after more than a year since its New Shepard rocket suffered an engine failure. The company plans to perform a suborbital test flight without passengers next week, carrying 33 science payloads. The rocket's failure in 2022 was attributed to an engine nozzle issue, which has since been addressed. Blue Origin's larger rocket, New Glenn, is still in development, but the company has secured contracts for satellite launches.
