Houston rapper "Big Pokey," also known as Milton Powell, has died after collapsing at a bar in Beaumont, Texas. The cause of death is unclear. Powell was scheduled to perform at the venue as a special guest during a Juneteenth celebration. Fellow Houston rappers Bun B and Slim Thug expressed their condolences on social media. Powell's team released a statement asking for privacy for his family during this difficult time. Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner also paid tribute to the rapper.
