SingleThread, a three Michelin-starred restaurant in Healdsburg, has been named to the "World's 50 Best Restaurants" list for the third consecutive year. The annual list, selected by a panel of over 1,000 international restaurant industry experts, is a snapshot of some of the best destinations for unique culinary experiences. SingleThread fell from No. 50 to No. 69 in 2023, landing it on the extended 51-100 list rather than the Top 50 after peaking at No. 37 in 2021. Only two American restaurants made the Top 50.
