Sean M. Daley, one of the alleged assailants in the assault on former NHL player Paul Bissonnette at a Scottsdale restaurant, was found with a fake military ID during his arrest. Daley faces charges of aggravated assault, forgery, and disorderly conduct. The altercation reportedly began when Bissonnette intervened to defend restaurant staff from a group of intoxicated individuals. Daley allegedly attacked Bissonnette, who managed to escape to a nearby CVS. Daley, from out of state, was released on his own recognizance and must return for court hearings in December.
