Dead Island 2, set to release on April 21, features a "flesh system" that allows players to dismember zombies in gruesome detail, with layers of skin, fat, and muscle that can be ripped away to reveal breakable bones and internal organs. The game also introduces collectible cards for combat, replacing the skill trees of the previous games. Dead Island 2 will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
