Russia Adds ICC Judge to Most Wanted List, Issuing Arrest Warrant
Russia has issued an arrest warrant for Judge Sergio Gerardo Ugalde Godinez of the International Criminal Court (ICC), following the ICC's announcement that it would seek the arrest of President Vladimir Putin over war crime allegations. The warrant against Putin has restricted his ability to travel abroad, as ICC member countries are expected to implement the court's warrants. Russia, which is not a member of the ICC, insists the warrant against Putin is "void."
