A payload loader for PS5 4.03 has been released by Sleirsgoevy, which allows people to dump decrypted binaries of PS5 games, making it possible to decrypt the binaries of a running game and make a backup. The payload loader only works on 4.03 for now, but it is likely the tool could be ported to other exploitable firmwares (up to 4.51 included) with the right offsets.
