Parallel 42 has announced its roadmap for updating its add-ons to be compatible with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. The company will offer free updates for products released within a year of the simulator's launch, while older products will incur a $2 upgrade fee. Updates will be rolled out in phases, and users can track progress via the 2024 Compatibility Dashboard. Key products like Flow Essentials & Pro, SimFX, and Immersion Packs will receive updates, with some requiring a small fee. The total cost for upgrading all products to 2024 standards will be capped at $20.
