A woman was fatally shot on Palm Beach Street in Tallahassee, Florida, near FAMU's campus. The incident occurred around 10 a.m., shortly after a homecoming parade. The shooting is believed to be isolated and unrelated to the parade. The Tallahassee Police Department is conducting a homicide investigation and is asking for any information from the public.
