343 Industries has announced that Season 5 will be the last for Halo Infinite, as the game shifts to an "Operations model" with 20 tiers of free unlockable rewards every four-to-six weeks. The next update, Operation Spirit of Fire, will bring new customization options, a map, Forge additions, and more on January 30. The move signifies a departure from long-running seasons, with the studio emphasizing continued support for Infinite until 2024 while also working on new projects.
