Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced a new $1 billion aid package for Ukraine during his visit to Kyiv, with less than 20% of the assistance allocated for military equipment and weapons. The majority of the package will support non-military aid, including law enforcement, humanitarian assistance, demining, and institutional transparency and accountability.
