Monica Parish, a 48-year-old woman from Pleasantville, has been charged with aggravated arson for intentionally setting a three-alarm fire in Atlantic City that damaged five rowhomes and injured 10 people. Parish allegedly used an accelerant to set several porches on fire, and fire officials say this was one of the toughest fires they fought in decades.
