Mayor-elect Brandon Johnson has named Rich Guidice, a City Hall veteran who worked under mayors Lori Lightfoot, Rahm Emanuel and Richard M. Daley, as his first chief of staff. Johnson also named State Sen. Cristina Pacione-Zayas as his first deputy chief of staff. Johnson will be sworn in on May 15.
