The Green Bay Packers have activated rookie tight end Luke Musgrave and running back Emanuel Wilson from injured reserve ahead of their game against the Chicago Bears. Musgrave is returning from a lacerated kidney sustained in Week 11, while Wilson is coming back from a shoulder injury. Safety Rudy Ford was placed on injured reserve and cornerback David Long was released in corresponding roster moves.
