Canadian socialite Jasmine Hartin has been fined £30,000 and ordered to undertake 300 hours of community service after being found guilty of manslaughter by negligence for killing a police officer in Belize. Hartin shot and killed Supt Henry Jemmott in May 2021, which she described as an accidental discharge from Jemmott’s firearm.
