Belgium denies prisoner exchange for jailed Iranian diplomat.

Belgium denies reaching a deal with Iran for a prisoner swap that would free jailed Iranian diplomat Asadollah Assadi in exchange for Belgian aid worker Olivier Vandecasteele.
