Retired Navy diver Joseph Dituri claims that spending 100 days underwater at Jules’ Undersea Lodge in Key Largo reversed the age of his DNA, making his cells younger and increasing his telomere length. He also experienced an increase in stem cells, reduced pain, and a 50% decrease in inflammatory markers. Dituri attributes these health benefits to the hyperbaric environment underwater, which has been used for centuries and is currently being explored for treating cognitive issues, brain injuries, and PTSD.
