First female cyber spy boss appointed by MI5 in Britain.

Anne Keast-Butler has been appointed as the first female director of GCHQ, Britain's intelligence communications agency, succeeding Jeremy Fleming. Cheltenham stabbing suspect targeted GCHQ worker in attempted terror act.
