
Violent Attacks at Turkish Courthouse Leave Multiple Dead and Assailants Shot
Two assailants, alleged members of the far-left extremist group DHKP/C, attacked the Caglayan courthouse in Istanbul, wounding six people before being shot dead by security forces. The attackers' elder sister was reportedly at the courthouse for a trial at the time of the incident. The group DHKP/C is considered a terrorist organization by Turkey, the United States, and the European Union.
