"Florida Man Rescues Neighbor from EF3 Tornado Debris"

The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has released preliminary data on several tornadoes that occurred in Northwest Florida, including an EF-3 tornado in the Lower Grand Lagoon to Panama City area, an EF-2 tornado in the Lynn Haven to Deer Park Lake area, and an EF-1 tornado in NW Calhoun County and SE Jackson County. Impending Severe Storms Threaten Kansas and Minnesota

Several Kansas counties are under a severe thunderstorm watch as KSN Chief Meteorologist Lisa Teachman tracks weather conditions, including reports of wind gusts reaching up to 100 MPH, blown-over semis, power outages, and damage to trees and buildings. A rare phenomenon called a heat burst occurred in Dodge City, with temperatures reaching 97 degrees.
