Catch the Spectacular Taurid Meteor Shower Tonight with Bright Fireballs

The South Taurid meteor shower, peaking on November 4-5, and the North Taurids, peaking on November 11-12, will offer skywatchers a chance to see "fireball" meteors this month. These showers, resulting from debris left by Comet 2P/Encke, are known for their bright meteors visible over wide areas. The South Taurids are expected to be more impressive this year due to minimal moonlight interference, while the North Taurids will contend with a brighter moon. Both showers appear to originate from the constellation Taurus.
