Manhunt underway for 17-year-old suspect who fatally shot K9 officer in Clayton County

A 17-year-old, Stephon Ford, is being sought by authorities after allegedly killing a police K9 in Clayton County, Georgia. Ford reportedly fired shots at officers after a K9 was released to locate him. The K9, named K9 Waro, was fatally wounded. A SWAT team is currently outside a residence where Ford is believed to be hiding, and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation is investigating the incident. Sheriff's Office Employee Arrested for Inciting Inmate Theft.

A contractor with the Clayton County Sheriff's Office, Sarai Tatiana Ali, has been arrested and charged with obstruction and being a party to a crime for aiding and abetting suspects, sharing confidential information, and encouraging her crew to steal from inmates. This is the fifth arrest in less than a week as part of Sheriff Levon Allen's "Operation Clean House" to root out corruption in the department.

Former Georgia Sheriff Victor Hill Sentenced to 18 Months in Federal Prison for Civil Rights Violations
