Hannah Payne, a woman accused of tracking down and shooting a man who left the scene of a car accident in Clayton County, has been found guilty on all eight counts she was facing, including malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Payne's sentencing is scheduled for December 15. During the trial, Payne's attorney argued that she was not a killer and questioned whose finger was on the trigger when the gun went off, while the prosecution maintained that Payne acted with malice and was the sole aggressor in the case.
