"California Serial Killer's Gruesome Act: Murdering Cellmate Over Hygiene"
Ramon Escobar, a California serial killer who murdered two family members and five random strangers, confessed to killing his cellmate, a convicted child rapist, because of his bad hygiene. Escobar, who is serving multiple life sentences, strangled his cellmate, Juan Villanueva, in September. The two men were being held together temporarily at North Kern State Prison before being moved to permanent placements. Escobar had committed at least seven prior murders in California and Texas before the incident.
