Walmart's CExchange program allows users to trade in their old electronic devices, including cell phones, tablets, laptops, and cameras, regardless of their condition. The program accepts devices in virtually any condition and pays users via a Walmart eGift Card. Walmart will either sell the used devices, refurbish them, or dispose of them in an environmentally responsible way.
