Adam Schiff's Senate campaign boosted by House censure.

California congressman Adam Schiff, who was recently censured by House Republicans, is using the act of retaliation to his advantage by fundraising off it for his Senate campaign. Republicans may be giving Schiff an edge with these votes to move the Democratic-controlled state to the right and curry favor with the Trump-supporting base.
