
Bojangles to Open 30 Locations in California, Including 1st West Coast Outposts
Bojangles, the North Carolina-based chain known for its Southern-style chicken and biscuits, is set to open thirty new locations in Los Angeles County over the next six years, with the first location expected to open in early 2025. The expansion is spearheaded by entrepreneur Lorenzo Boucetta and Poulet Brothers, LLC, with the goal of introducing the brand to the region. Bojangles, founded in 1977, is known for its made-from-scratch biscuit breakfast sandwiches, hand-breaded chicken, side dishes, and iced tea. CEO Jose Armario expressed excitement about bringing Bojangles to Los Angeles and anticipates further growth in the area.
