Kraft recalls American cheese slices over choking hazard

Kraft Heinz has recalled approximately 84,000 cases of Kraft Singles cheese slices due to a choking hazard. The company received complaints of plastic film sticking to the cheese even after removing the wrapper, resulting in six instances of choking or gagging. The issue was caused by a manufacturing error in the wrapping machine, which has since been fixed. Customers are advised not to consume the affected products and to return them to the store of purchase. No injuries or health issues have been reported.
