China's Shenzhou-16 Astronauts Successfully Complete Historic Spacewalk

Chinese astronauts Jing Haipeng and Zhu Yangzhu successfully completed the first spacewalk of the Shenzhou 16 mission, spending approximately eight hours outside the Tiangong space station. They performed various tasks, including installing a support frame for a panoramic camera and unlocking two panoramic cameras. This marks the first spacewalk for Jing Haipeng and the first for a flight engineer astronaut from China. Shenzhou 16 is the fifth mission to visit Tiangong during its construction and operational phases.
