Revolutionary X-ray Imaging: Scientists Capture Single Atom in Stunning Detail

Scientists from the Argonne National Laboratory have developed a tool capable of scanning and identifying individual atoms using X-rays. Existing methods of measuring individual atoms could only resolve their presence but not identify them.
