Canadian Space Agency Unveils New Logo Featuring Maple Leaf and Moon

The Canadian Space Agency (CSA) has unveiled a new logo to represent the country's growing role in space exploration. The new mark features a maple leaf, Canada's national emblem, which gives the impression of taking flight and symbolizes "daring invention and our sights set on the future." Trailing the maple leaf are three stars, which represent space and convey brilliance, intelligence, and expertise. The CSA is developing a new robotic system called Canadarm3, a lunar rover, and is set to send an astronaut on NASA's Artemis II mission to fly around the moon in 2025.
