The 2023 Michelin Guide for New York City has been announced, with notable upgrades including two Japanese restaurants, Sushi Noz and Odo, receiving two Michelin stars. Major Food Group made a comeback with Torrisi Bar and Restaurant earning a star. Meanwhile, Al Coro and Oxalis, both slated to close by year-end, were also recognized. The top four three-Michelin-star winners remained unchanged, and eight new one-star restaurants were added to the list. Additionally, 11 new restaurants were included in the Bib Gourmand category, which recognizes good value.
