"Search Underway for Missing 21-Year-Old Man in Franklin County"

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is seeking public assistance in locating 21-year-old Ryan Bell, who is considered vulnerable due to his epilepsy. Bell was last seen on December 30 around 2 p.m. near the Highgate Shopping Plaza in St. Albans, Vermont, after leaving his job at McDonald's. He is described as a white male, 5'9", 150 lbs, with blue eyes and dirty blonde hair, last seen wearing a McDonald's uniform, tan Carhartt overalls, a blue collared T-shirt, and a black winter jacket.
