The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is seeking public assistance in locating 21-year-old Ryan Bell, who is considered vulnerable due to his epilepsy. Bell was last seen on December 30 around 2 p.m. near the Highgate Shopping Plaza in St. Albans, Vermont, after leaving his job at McDonald's. He is described as a white male, 5'9", 150 lbs, with blue eyes and dirty blonde hair, last seen wearing a McDonald's uniform, tan Carhartt overalls, a blue collared T-shirt, and a black winter jacket. Authorities believe he is on foot and urge anyone with information to contact them at (802)-524-2121 or call 911.

Riverdale police are searching for Kai Zhuang, a 17-year-old Chinese exchange student last seen early Thursday, after his parents in China received a ransom-demanding photograph indicating he may have been abducted. Despite no evidence of a forced abduction from his host family's home, authorities, including the FBI and international officials, are involved in the search. Zhuang is under an Endangered Missing Advisory, and the public is urged to contact Riverdale Police with any information.
