"Law Firms Make Strides in Diversity and Inclusion Despite Challenges"

Seramount has released its sixteenth annual list of the Best Law Firms for Women & Diversity, recognizing law firms that are pioneers in attracting, retaining, and promoting women lawyers. The top five firms are Arnold & Porter, Littler, Morrison Foerster, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, and Perkins Coie. The recognized firms have an average of 42% women lawyers, 23% women of color, and 27% women equity partners. They also offer an average of 17 weeks of paid gender-neutral parental leave and 90% of the firms subsidize childcare.
