"Sam's Club Charcuterie Trays Linked to Salmonella Outbreak in 14 States"

A salmonella outbreak in 14 states has been linked to charcuterie trays sold at Sam's Club stores, prompting a recall of more than 11,000 pounds of meat by Busseto Foods. The ready-to-eat packages, labeled "Busseto Food: Charcuterie Sampler: Prosciutto, Sweet Sopressata and Dry Coppa," have a best-by date of April 27, 2024. The outbreak has sickened at least two dozen people, with cases reported in 14 states. Consumers are urged not to consume the products and to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
