"Multi-State Salmonella Alert: Charcuterie Meats Recalled, Including Sam's Club Products"

The CDC has issued a warning for 14 states, including Washington, due to a salmonella outbreak linked to Busseto Foods charcuterie meats. Over 11,000 pounds of the product have been recalled, with illnesses reported in multiple states. The affected products are identifiable by specific lot codes and establishment numbers and were distributed to Sam's Club centers in several states. There have been 24 reported cases of illness with five hospitalizations. Symptoms include diarrhea, fever, and stomach cramps, and those experiencing symptoms should seek medical attention.
