"Rivian Owners Gain Access to Tesla Superchargers with Free Adapter"

Rivian R1T and R1S electric vehicle owners can now charge their vehicles at Tesla Superchargers in the US and Canada using a NACS to CCS1 adapter, with each owner set to receive a free adapter starting in April. This move follows similar access granted to Ford EV owners, and while Rivian has not officially announced the agreement, the latest version of its mobile app now shows Tesla Superchargers on the charging map. The upcoming R2, R3, and R3X models will come with a NACS inlet from the factory, and the latest Tesla Supercharger stalls, V4, have a built-in adapter, but the majority of Tesla DC fast chargers are of the V3 variety, requiring the use of an adapter.
