Lamborghini unveils 1,001 horsepower hybrid supercar, the Revuelto.

Lamborghini has unveiled its first plug-in hybrid supercar, the Revuelto, which has a V12 gasoline engine and three electric motors that can produce a total of 1,001 horsepower. The car offers 13 different drive modes, ranging from fully electric to high-powered aggressive track driving. The batteries can be charged through a plug, and once they no longer have enough power, the car will operate like a standard hybrid. The Revuelto's batteries can be recharged when braking or by taking some power from the gasoline engine at times. The car's body is made largely from carbon fiber, and the new V12 engine is slightly lighter than the engine in the Aventador supercar it's replacing.
