Intel's upcoming Xeon platform, Avenue City, will support the next-gen Granite Rapids and Sierra Forest data-center CPUs, and may launch with 500W TDP CPUs. The platform will feature faster DDR5 memory and up to 6400 MT/s in 1SPC/1DPC configuration. The validation platform for these Xeon series has been named Avenue City RP, which has a 20 layer PCB design with a 16.7×20 inch design and two sockets with a total of 24 memories DDR5 slots. The platform is set to launch next year.
