Windows 11 26H1 Update Rolls Out for Select Devices with New Features
Microsoft is testing Windows 11 26H1 exclusively for new ARM-based chips like Nvidia N1X and Snapdragon X2, with existing Intel/AMD PCs not receiving this update. The release is optimized for upcoming hardware, supporting a new platform codenamed Bromine, and will eventually be followed by Windows 11 26H2 for all PCs. The update aims to support new ARM chips expected in early 2026, with existing devices receiving the features later in the year.
