Humane, a startup founded by ex-Apple employee Imran Chaudhri, has previewed an AI-powered wearable device at TED. The screenless device uses voice and gestures for input and can display information by projecting it onto nearby objects. The device is worn on the chest and doesn't require a nearby cell phone to work. Chaudhri demonstrated the device by translating his voice into French and answering a phone call with the call information projected onto his hand.
