Hannah Embrey faces charges of misdemeanor peeping into a room while possessing a photo device and felony disseminating photo obtained by peeping violation. Union County Public Schools has placed Embrey on administrative leave pending an internal investigation, and the sheriff's office is urging anyone with additional information to come forward.

The victim, a white male, was walking in the middle of the roadway when they were struck by a vehicle. The victim did not have any identification on them.
