"Support for Teens and Young Adults: NAMI's HelpLine Offers Assistance"
NAMI has launched the Teen & Young Adult HelpLine, a free nationwide peer-support service providing information, resource referrals, and support to teens and young adults. The helpline is staffed by experienced and well-trained young people who understand the challenges faced by their peers. It is available via phone, text, or chat, and aims to promote mental wellness and provide assistance in finding a way forward.
